During the last several years during excess rainfall, like this week and
18 months ago, we have lost several feet from our Lake Hickory
shoreline with erosion. We need help to control that erosion and
need the appropriate assistance to find that help. I have been in
touch with Amy Annio, Environmental Specialist -Asheville Regional
Office, NCDEQ-Division of Water Resources and she suggested that
we follow the appropriate process.
Please let me know what we need to do fix this before the bank
erodes further.
