The property developer is proposing the construction of an industrial
development. Stream, wetland and buffer impacts are proposed for a
road crossing, and to facilitate grading on -Site. The planned
development area will be graded with heavy equipment to prepare
level building pads, roadways, and stormwater BMPs. The owner has
allowed for extensive avoidance and minimization of impacts to
Waters of the US.
Dan McCauley with Hart & Hickman spoke to Alan Johnson on
November 2, 2020 to discuss the preliminary development plan.
