Jim,
What is the Certificate of Coverage number for your permit, I can correct the mailing address.
Here is a link to the portion of our website that has "Manage Information for an Existing Permit"

Ms. McCoy,
I am assuming some environmental responsibilities within our company due to some downsizing. I was reviewing the
Stormwater permit and noticed that we might have some contact information incorrect as it pertains to our facility. I
noticed after reviewing some documents on the laserfische site. I saw a Return To Sender of a mailing that was sent to
us.
Our correct mailing address is:
PO Box 1628
Concord, NC 28026
The mailing was sent to the same PO Box number, but in Charlotte, NC ... not Concord, NC
I also need to change some other items that I found on the CPDES Stormwater Permit Summary.
John Weibel no longer works here. I have assumed his responsibilities. What is the best manner to submit these
changes to you?
Thanks,
Jim Barberio
