Through several iterations and according to best engineering practices, impacts were minimized so that only 0.25 ac of wetlands were impacted out of the total of 12.06 acres of wetlands existing on the property. These impacts were necessary for infrastructure due to other state and local regulations and for engineering requirements that promote public safety and well being. 1 b.
