Good morning Rachel,
No culvert is proposed for the RPW feature.
There are culverts proposed in the immediate vicinity but those are associated with the proposed SCMs,
which were sited based on site characteristic's and the airport's stormwater requirements. Below is a
screenshot of these culverts, let me know if you need additional information.
