Sullins Director October 1, 2010 Natural Resources`'c?R? 0? `z qao a) 0 r y H Subject: Inspection-US Highway 221 DWQ Project 09-0403 TIP No. 4261 NCSR 1520 (Rock Road) Rutherford County Dear Mr. Swain: I On September 13, 2010, 1 inspected the construction work on TIP Project No. B-4261, NCSR 1520 (Rock Road) in Rutherford County. The culvert work has been completed and at least 50% of the bridge has been 'completed. Grading for widening of the road had not started at the time of inspection. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and seeding and mulching are performed as required to protect State surface waters.
