This letter is in response to your 11-24-20 letter to Rose Hill attached.

Per this notice we have exceeded the 30 mg/L BOD monthly limit with a 40.7 mg/L BOD
and TSS with a 44 mg/L result with a 30 mg/L limit. We also exceeded the fecal
coliform monthly average with a 480 #/100mL from the limit of 200 #/100mL.

The plant had a toxic influent hit of some type in September and we tried to adjust
settings to bring back into compliance, waiting until the end of the month to sample. The
plant recovered by the next sampling event in October and the POA issued notices to
residences to be careful with flushing cleaning products and other unwanted waste into
the system.

The new POA board has been very proactive spending over $ 30,000 since taking control
from the various banks over the years to replace needed equipment, drainage and service
road, drip repairs and clearing, providing wash water for plant, and electrical
improvements.
