Dear Permittee,
The Asheville Regional Office has reviewed RPB Systems response, on behalf of the Views at Rose Hill
, to the Notice of Violation-Notice of Intent to Assess (NOV-2020-LV-0824). Based on the response,
permitted hydraulic loading rates, the circumstances surrounding the cause of the non-compliance
and the permittee’s actions taken to address the causes of the non-compliance, the Division will take
no further action with regards to this notice at this time. We encourage Rose Hill to continue to work
to maintain compliance with Non-Discharge Permit No. WQ0032016 and take steps to prevent
similar non-compliances in the future.
Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any questions.
Thank you,
Mikal Willmer
