The project entails expanding a parking area to create additional
parking for service vehicles associated with the development of a
nearby residential subdivision. The property currently contains a
trailer office with associated gravel parking used by customers and
the development team. The new parking will provide parking space
for construction crew vehicles. Wetland impacts will total
approximately 0.01 acres.
