The Division of Water Quality (DWQ) has reviewed the most recent application submittal, dated June 24, 2010, for the
subject project. The requisite information required to complete the review process was not included. Therefore, the
project application is considered incomplete and inadequate for review by the Division of Water Quality (DWQ).
Please note: No impacts associated with the subiiect project are approved at this time.
To pursue the project further, a new Pre-Construction Notification (PCN) and applicable fee will be required.
Prior to resubmitting a PCN for this project, it is recommended you utilize the 401 Oversight/Express Permitting PCN
Submittal Checklist. This document provides a comprehensive list of submittal requirements and is available from the

Upon receipt of a complete application along with the applicable fee, the DWQ will promptly review the package and
