Please submit an NOT request for each the older COCs that you do not wish to maintain and list the reason as
"Other". Explain that COC No. NCC204914 currently covers the same project. I can then link all the projects in our
repository for future reference as well.
Thanks,

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Yes, I'm aware of that link. In this situation, how do I terminate the old COC numbers? I ask because you
require me to upload information as proof. I tried choosing the "close out" for the NCC 190334 number, but that
can't work. There are 3 COC numbers for this one project, which is incorrect. So do I click "mistake or invalid
coverage"? What then would I upload as proof of that?
This is a new system, I'm trying to understand, and I would appreciate some help.

Good afternoon,
I've been talking with NCDEQ in the Wilmington Regional Office about this project, and I've got
a problem with the Preserve At Tidewater project. I've been modifying the erosion control permit
for this project since these NCGO1 construction stormwater permits were implemented, and I
was under the impression that I needed to get a new COC number for each modification. So now
there are 3 COC numbers floating around for the same project. The NCC190334 number that you
recently received a notice of termination request for, along with NCC200413, and most recently
NCC204914. How do I terminate the 2 old COC numbers and keep the newest?
Thanks,
