To Whom It May Concern:
In accordance with Part III(E)(1) of General NPDES Permit (NCG120000),
please find enclosed one original and one copy of the storm water discharge
monitoring reports (DMR's) for the Haywood County (White Oak) Landfill.
Only three of the nine outfalls were discharging on 12/7/20. Landfill personnel
will attempt to collect samples from the remaining six outfalls before the end of
2020, weather permitting. Additionally, Santek has contracted with Shamrock
Environmental to clean all stormwater basins when construction activities are
finished.
