The RRO has been working with the parties of the approved WQC to resolve several compliance issues that are prompting this modification. We will be requesting a PCN for these modifications that is signed by both parties (Wal-Mart and Shiloh-Morrisville, LLC) with a deadline and penalties tied to the deadline if they do not comply. Please do not return this submittal! We have been working on this since March when we issued an NOV and have been trying to get the parties to communicate in order to reach a resolution with the environmental issues. I can fill you in on all the details if you would like or send you any of the documents (most are in laserfische because I've copied you on the NOV and correspondence). Thanks!
