Those maps show a lot more of what we want to see, but they should be enlarged so that the site takes up the whole
page and the writing needs to be legible. Printed names and notes would be preferable.The flow directions should be
included along with all diversion ditches and water features.There's a ditch or intermittent stream running along Yard
#1 that should be shown along with any others on or around the site. Read each map requirement in the permit and
look to see if you have that shown and then label anything else you see on the map. Blowing up the yards to fit the page
will help and printing everything will to. Keep working on them and send me a version when you get it done and I will
look at it and comment. I'll be out of the office until December 15Y, but Lauren can help in my place.Thanks for sharing

Good Morning Thad. I have attached several items for you to review. Mainly Google Maps trying to fit everything on
them for each yard. It's pretty tough to get everything on one map. I have also attached Maps that were prepared last
August/September 2019,just to make sure you have them. As stated, Sussanah Goldston with Chatham County Soil and
Water is working with us to update maps accordingly after receiving the August walk around. Sussanah started the map
process several years ago and has been the one consistent person helping us from the start. Those maps will be
updated as soon as Chatham Co. can recover from the Cyber attack they are currently dealing with and she can get back
into the computer system.
I have also included a detailed page of all improvements that have been done since August and we continue to make
improvements daily. Work on the Notebooks is also being done and we will try to have those corrected as soon as
possible. We do have some outside assistance working with us on the notebooks but they are finishing up current
projects.
Please let me know what else I can do to continue improving the maps for you. As always we are willing to do all we
can to meet and exceed what is required.
Anything you cannot open I can bring by your office Monday.
