This event was due to 8.3in. of rainfall from the afternoon of the 1 0' carrying on into the 12'''. The high readings were also caused by the flow meter inaccurately recording readings due to heavy grease collection in flume of'wet well at our sanitary sewer lilt station on Depot St. in our town. This particular lift station sends the Tonn's sanitary sewer to our WTP Facility Storage lagoon where our Spray Irrigation Field is located . On Monday the 23'd, we were able to pump out our wet well and cleaned out grease and trash that %%as causing the problems in our I_ifi Station and therefore we are back to normal operation at this time. The freeboard at our WTP Storage Lagoon on the I l"' was 5' 5" . 13y the 15'h the freeboard was 4'0 Due to wetted fields we could not begin spraying until the 15"'. We have sprayed lightly since and today's freeboard is 21'3" The Sanitary- Sewer Overflo�% was located at the manhole adjacent to our Main Lilt Station on Depot St. approximately 40 thousand gallons reached a drainage ditch on Depot St. We followed protocol after the storm by using our spill response policy in treating the spill. Today by checking the readings at our lift station, everything appears back to normal. apologize for the tardiness of this report.
