Per our conversation yesterday, this is to confirm that this office received the complete Stormwater Management Plan
information for the subject project as required by Condition #7 of the 401 Water Quality Certification. This includes a
copy of the approved site grading, drainage and stormwater management plan sheets, signed and notarized Wet Detention
Basin Operation and Maintenance (O & M) Agreement, and design calculations stamped as "Approved" by the City of
Charlotte.
The DWQ accepts this information to meet the 401 Stormwater Management Plan Condition in the 401 Certification. If
