Dear Permittee,
The Asheville Regional Office has reviewed RPB Systems response, on behalf of Bear Lake Reserve, to
the Notice of Violation-Notice of Intent to Assess (NOV-2020-LV-0752). Based on the response,
permitted hydraulic loading rates and the circumstances surrounding the cause of the non-
compliance, the Division will take no further action with regards to this notice at this time. We
encourage Bear Lake Reserve to continue to work to maintain compliance with Permit No.

Please feel free to contact me directly should you have any questions.
