The Asheville Regional Office has reviewed RPB Systems response, on behalf of Champion Hills, to
the Notice of Violation-Notice of Intent to Assess (NOV-2020-LV-0741). Based on the response, the
facility’s recent compliance history, permitted hydraulic loading rates and the circumstances
surrounding the cause of the non-compliance, the Division will take no further action with regards to
this notice at this time. We encourage Champion Hills to continue to work to maintain compliance
with Permit No. WQ0004115.
