Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 10-20-20 letter to Bear Lake Reserve, Boto NC
Properties LLC attached.

Per your letter the 8-12-20 Total Suspended Solids sample exceeded the daily limit of 10
mg/L with a 14.3 mg/L, which resulted in a violation for the monthly limit of 5 mg/L
with a 9.4 mg/L result. We continually adjusted the run times for the aeration to bring
the plant into compliance. The previous samples taken in July were both <2.5 mg/L, as
well as all the samples collected in September and October.
