Mr. Davidson,

This letter is in response to your 10-5-20 letter to Mountaintop Community Association
attached.

Per your letter the 7-21-20 Ammonia sample exceeded the daily limit of 6 mg/L with a 23
mg/L, which resulted in a violation for the monthly limit of 4mg/L with a 5.10 mg/L
result. Once the ammonia sample result was received, we collect 3 additional ammonia
nitrogen samples (all < 1.0), but could not lower the average for the month below the 4
mg/L limit. As you know a daily maximum cannot be corrected by further sampling.

The ammonia nitrogen levels for August and September were well within limits.
