The above subject project is being placed on hold. I contacted your office on May 15,
June 13, June 16, and June 18, 2003 regarding the three culverts to be placed in Island Creek
being changed to bridges. This project will remain on hold until we resolve the issue of the
necessity of the culverts and/or the possibility of converting the culverts to bridges.
