I know you have not yet gotten this (it came in yesterday) but I wanted to look it over and get comments to you, since I
will be in NCWAM all next week.
This is labeled as a "Permit modification and Revision"; however, it is not all all clear what the modification/revision is,
and how it relates to the last project. The aerial photo and maps appear to be talking about the same area. However,
the restored stream length totals 1400 feet (previous version was 600 feet). I can't tell if the 1400 includes the previous
600, or if it is a new reach. The details are as sparse as the lat one, but this time they were done by Blue Ridge Env.
Consultants rather than NCSU.
I imagine you will be a mystified as I am when you review the plans.....Will probably require a Request for More Info.
