You and I spoke a few weeks ago about the 404/401 permit renewal for the 9th street Durham parcel and you
mentioned that the 401 was attached to the 404 and we need to see how the ACOE was going to address the renewal
just received the renewal for that parcel from the ACOE I have attached a copy of it to this email for you to review. If
