Send all suspicious email as an attachment to nc. ov Good afternoon, In reviewing this report I noted the Responsible Official's title was missing: Vice President I am not certain if the" — River Rd" should be appended to the facility name Carolina Marine Terminal (this might have relevance with our recent ownership transfer which was handled in our UT office) I am not sure if there should be any reference to our State Stormwater Permit SW8 050126 in this form. There is a subtle difference in ownership between the permits in that the SW8.... permit is tied to the property, while the NCS... permit is owned by the company operating the terminal. Hopefully these are just separate matters, but I wanted to be sure we completed information appropriately. Finally, do you know who may assist with a billing inquiry? I am trying to get a copy of a past due invoice which we apparently did not receive. We wish to process payment as soon as possible. It covers the administrat costs associated with your permit. It is required of any person holding a permit for any time during the annual fee period, regardless of the facility's operating status. Failure to pay the fee by the due date will subject the permit to revocation. Operating without a valid permit is a violation and is subject to a $10,000 per day fine. If the permit is revoked and you lat decide a permit is needed, you must reapply, with the understanding the permit request may be denied due to changes it environmental, regulatory, or modeling conditions.
