Monitoring Report far Progress Rail Winston-Salem under General Permit Number NCG030000,
Certificate of Coverage NCG030611. This submission is far stormwater discharge sampling for Year 2,
Period 2, 2020, Sample 2 {July— December 2020) as outlined in Part II, Section B of our stormwater
discharge permit. We have uploaded a scanned PDF copy of this DMR as per NCDEq Division of Energy,
Mineral and Land Resources Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) instructions via the Stormwater NPDES
