Morehead City on 8/10/10, includinp- the attached workplan drawings (7), all dated 8/9/10
This permit, issued on September 3, 2010 , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent
with the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may
1) Unless specifically altered herein, this minor modification authorizes the boatlift to the existing pier
and platform at lot 118 N. Shore Drive II, that is expressly and specifically set forth in the attached
workplan drawings.
2) The boatlift shall not extend further waterward than the existing platform. Any reference to the
boatlift extending waterward of the existing platform in the attached workplan drawings is hereby
null and void.
3) This minor modification shall be attached to the original Permit No. 14-08, which was issued on
2/13/03 and copies of both documents shall be readily available on site when Division personnel
inspect the project for compliance.

This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or
other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing
date. An appeal requires resolution prior to work initiation or
continuance as the case may be.
This permit must be accessible on-site to Department
personnel when the project is inspected for compliance.
Any maintenance work or project modification not covered
hereunder requires further Division approval.
All work must cease when the permit expires on
November 17, 2015
In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees
that your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS
4) All conditions and stipulations of the active permit remain in force under this minor modification unless
specifically altered herein.
NOTE: The expiration date of this permit has been extended in accordance with Session Law 2009-406,
`as amended by Session Law 2010-177.
