Suzanne,
Please see attached. We have obtained the proper signature and updated the forms to reflect the other existing NPDES
permits on file for the City of Wilson. I assume that now we just wait to hear from the Permit Specialist?

No public comment on General Industrial Permit applications.
This was done at the time of renewal of NCG080000 in 2018.
1 don't know if anything else will be needed.

Suzanne,
Thanks for clarifying. I will move forward with obtaining the necessary signature authority. Is there anything else needed
from us? Or will that be it before I'm assuming it will go to Public Comment?

Good Morning,
Please proceed as you suggested, City Manager Grant Goings should be the legally responsible party on the NCG080000
permit as well, just like he is on the WWTP plant permit. I am assuming I need to resubmit that last page and update his
name on the form instead of mine and get him to sign it as well?
Also, I realized I didn't submit the most recently updated SWPPP with my NOI. Is it acceptable for me to scan that to you
to add to the file?
Thank you for your assistance with this making sure we get this permit initiated correctly.

Good morning Noah,
I have received the Stormwater NCG080000 application for the City of Wilson Operation Center.
Attached please find an Owner Verification Report for the City of Wilson and NCG110081 Permit Summary Report, for
reference.
On the new application you have listed yourself as the Owner/Operator on the application.
In order to keep our database consistent, may I associate this new permit to the existing City of Wilson in our database
with Grant Goings as the Legally responsible person (owner) and enter you as the Permit and Facility contact?
Otherwise I must create a new Owner entry and the two Stormwater permits will not be associated to the same owner,
causing issues down the road when electronic data monitor reporting (eDMR) will be implemented.
Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
