SUBJECT: CAMA/DREDGE & FILL Permit Application Review
Applicant: Homer Smith, LLC (Beaufort Harbor Marina & Yacht Club)
Project Location: Carteret County, adjacent to the south side of Town Creek at 101 Cedar St.,
currently Homer Smith Seafood, in the Town of Beaufort.
Proposed Project: Proposes to construct an 85-slip marina, clubhouse with ship store, 43 car
asphalt parking lot, boardwalk, extension of an existing concrete boardwalk,
all associated dock components, and the installation of two above ground fuel
storage tanks.
