In response to the letter from Cyndi Karoly, dated July 25, 2006, attached is the revised
stream relocation along Bowen Boulevard. Per your request the stream has been
redesigned using natural stream methods. We hope that with your approval of the revised
design., the 401 permit will be issued shortly.
