Dear Mr. McMillan:
Regarding the Request for information from NCDENR Division of Water Quality dated
July 20, 2010, and the request for extension by Rivers and Associates on August 18, 2010
we are still waiting on the following items:
• The planting plan must show the actual location of the plants within the bioretention
cell.
• A soil test to document the estimated elevation of the seasonal high water table must
be provided.
We expect to receive the planting plan from NC State University and the Soil Test from Chatham
County in the next two weeks. Therefore, we are requesting that the deadline for requested
information remain open until September 16, 2010.
