Toxaway in Transylvania County. The project should not impact wild trout and a trout moratorium is not needed for this project. Please note that concrete should be allowed to completely cure (at least 24 hours) in the dry in order to avoid dangerous pH levels in the lake. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to review this project.
