This project is located on the east side of Church Street, west of Chapel Hill
Road and south of McCrimmon Parkway in Morrisville, North Carolina. The
project is about 34 acres and the purpose is for a residential development.
There are proposed impacts to wetlands, streams, and riparian buffers.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
