This project involves the construction of a 9-foot span by 12-foot wide
aluminized steel arch culvert with exposed bottom across Irish Buffalo
Creek at 840 Campbell Road, China Grove, NC. The stream bed is solid
rock in the area and will involve the cutting back of the side slopes for the
installation of the culvert. The ends will then have rip -rap placed to prevent
erosion and a gravel roadbed will be placed for crossing.
