September,20,2019.. With the survey results,:you requested an extension of the sludge survey
requirement for lagoon structure"3" at the Colonel Lamb Farm facility. Due to the:amount of
treatment volume available, and the rate of sludge accumulation for the lagoon, the Division
agrees that a sludge survey is not needed until December 31, 2024.
