Good morning.
NCGNE0451 was issued to Mecklenburg EMS Agency in 2008.
Is Mecklenburg EMS Agency a government or private entity?
If private, I will need to do some cleaning up of the past permit issuance and need the registered entity name for the
new facility permit.
Please advise. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Based on the current guidance to minimize the spread of COVID-19, the Department of Environmental Quality has
adjusted operations to protect the health and safety of the staff and public. Many employees are working remotely or
are on staggered shifts. To accommodate these staffing changes, all DEQ office locations are limiting public access to
appointments only. Please check with the appropriate staff before visiting our offices, as we may be able to handle your
requests by phone or email. We appreciate your patience as we continue to serve the public during this challenging
time.

Good morning Doug,
Per our conversation, the Owner/Operator entity listed on the attached application needs to be an entity that is
registered and in good standing with the North Carolina Secretary of State.
Is there a parent entity that Mecklenburg EMS Agency is operating under?
Please revise page one once determined and send to me.
Thank you,
Suzanne McCoy
