NCGNE0451 was issued to Mecklenburg EMS Agency in 2008. Is Mecklenburg EMS Agency a government or private entity? If private, I will need to do some cleaning up of the past permit issuance and need the registered entity name for the new facility permit. Please advise. Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated. Is there a parent entity that Mecklenburg EMS Agency is operating under? Please revise page one once determined and send to me.
