Dear Mr. Luis:

The Division of Water Resources (Division) recently received a request from Urban Design Partners on
your behalf to modify the existing stormwater management plan (SMP) as previously approved by the
Division under the 401 certification #2018-1259 dated February 8, 2019.

The Division hereby approves the following revised maximum allowable drainage and built-upon areas for
all Stormwater Control Measures (SCM#1-8), including the addition of SCM#9 (Phase 3) and the design
change of the SCM#5 from a sand filter dry pond to an underground system, as shown on the revised
engineering plans dated August 3, 2020. All other aspects of the stormwater management plan shall
continue as previously approved by the Division (under Condition#6 of the 401 certification). Maintenance
activities for stormwater management device(s) shall be performed in accordance with the updated O&M
agreements signed by you (Jose Luis, AMH Rivercross Development TRS, LLC) on August 7, 2020.
