Thank you for providing the Mitigation Acceptance Letter. However, it appears as though enough credits were not requested. I understand that a statement of availability for 0.22 wetland credits was provided and an updated SOA for 0.31 credits will be provided asap. But, after reviewing the application, it seems as though 0.331 credits are needed as compared to the 0.31 credits. If this is the case, please provide an updated SOA reflecting the new amount. I inadvertently labeled wetland impact W6 as permanent conversion. This impact is within the existing powerline easement and would not be new permanent conversion. So, removing that impact totals 0.309. However, in checking over this, I also realized that I forgot to apply a 2:1 ratio to wetland impacts W2 & W7 that are a loss. The correct amount of mitigation should be 0.43 credits. A revised SOA is attached. My apologies for the confusion. 2. Could you please provide profile views of each crossing shown along the proposed culvert. These profiles should show the culvert and riprap alignment. A cross-section of the road crossing (Impact Area 1) is attached. Thank you for your review.
