On August 24, 2010 the Division of Water Quality(DWQ)received your information for the above
referenced project. The DWQ has determined that your application was incomplete and/or provided
inaccurate information as discussed below.
Additional Information Requested:
® Any request for modification for an already issued 401 requires five(5)complete application
sets and associated maps along with the appropriate fee.
DWQ asks that any large scale maps you provide in paper form also be provided on a CD.
One(1)data CD of full sized plans in TIFF Group 4 format(black and white, not grayscale or
color). If the plans are too large to store in TIFF format,they can be stored in PDF. You may
also use FTP site and email them to bev.strickland@ncdenr.g_ov. If you have questions,you
may reach Ms. Strickland at 919-733-1786.
® The 401 Certification modification request cannot be processed until the appropriate fee is
received. Please remit$570 made payable to Division of Water Quality(DWQ).
Please submit this information within 30 calendar days of the date of this letter. This letter only addresses
the application review and does not authorize any impacts to wetlands,waters or protected buffers.
Please be aware that any impacts requested within your application are not authorized (at this time) by the
