Albemarle Beach Solar is a utility sized solar farm, consisting of
approximately 1,236 acres, located near Roper, NC. A preliminary
jurisdictional determination and PCN have already been approved by both
NCDWR and the USACOE. This modification involves a slight increase in
wetland impacts associated with main drive through the site. An application
for an approved jurisdictional determination has already been submitted
prior to the date of this modification, and should be consulted when the
modification is reviewed.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.

This is not a survey. All boundaries and distances are considered approximate. This represents a
preliminary sketch prepared from field notes. The majority of this site has been field verified by the
USACE and is approved under AID# SAW-2018-20357. The wetlands shown on this sketch (except for
W10 and portion of W6) were flagged by Timmons Group and are depicted on this map for reference only.
LMG flagged wetlands W10 and portion of W6. Ditches on -site were re-evaluated by LMG under the new
NWPR. Changes to ditch jurisdiction and wetlands will need to be reviewed and approved by the US
Army Corps of Engineers prior to site work planning.
