Please give a brief project description below.
We would like to meet prior to submitting a PCN for the Cleveland Bluffs
Subdivision. The PCN includes plans to restore Tributary 1 and address
impacts to waters and wetlands that require after the fact permitting.
I was unclear if a DEQ Project ID # had been issued. I do have the NOV ID#
below.

when the agencies are available.
