The PCN includes plans to restore Tributary 1 and address impacts to waters and wetlands that require after the fact permitting. I was unclear if a DEQ Project ID # had been issued. I do have the NOV ID# below. NOV-2019-PC-0473 I have provided a number of dates below but will do my best to be available when the agencies are available.
