On October 29t", 2020, the Town of Burnsville received the compliance inspection report, stating that
we needed to verify the location of the discharge point along Highway 197 South.
In regards to the discharge point, I have located and have included pictures of the discharge point. It is
located on Highway 197 South (Pensacola Rd). It is approximately 70 feet before the first entrance on
the right into Smokey Ridge Health, the road name for that entrance is Blue Ridge Ln.
