Mr. Spencer bought the lot, but the County Health Department denied the permit. Therefore, Mr. Spencer contacted this Department. The hydrologic group for this site is C which has a minimum drainage arga of 4.35 mi . The drainage area for this site is .46 mi . Therefore, the minimum criteria for drainage area is not met. Although a zero flow stream is assumed, a good flow was visible at the time of inspection. This stream receives the drainage from the surrounding area. Based on the drainage area criteria, WSRO recommends this permit be denied.
