This Office has reviewed your Pre-Construction Notification application and is placing
your project on hold until we receive the following additional information:
1). The PCN Form submitted to this office has not been signed. Please provide a
signed copy of the PCN. If anyone other than then you will act as the signing
official on this application, please provide a letter of authorization.
2). If Consistency Determination has been issued for this project, please provide this
information.
3). This office has concerns with the portion of the project that involves placing clean
fill material below MHW after excavation of the contaminated soils. Please
provide an explanation for why this is necessary.
Please respond within three weeks of the date of this letter by sending a copy of the
information to Noelle Lutheran and to Cyndi Karoly, 401 Wetlands Unit, 2321 Crabtree Blvd.,
