This Office has reviewed your revised application and is placing your project on hold until we receive the
following additional information:
1). The proposed dredging at the second site adjacent to the proposed bulkhead would cause degradation
to a Primary Nursery Area according to the Division of Marine Fisheries. Delete the dredging at the
second site from the proposed project.
Please respond within three weeks of the date of this letter by sending a copy of the information to Noelle
