recalculate the overall PAN balance. If animal waste is to be hauled to another permitted
facility provide information regarding the herd population and lagoon freeboard levels at the
receiving facility.
NARRATIVE:
We have received 10.4" of rain in the last 30 days with 6.5" falling on 11/11/2020 and
11/12/2020 in addition to pump motor failures on September 23 and then the new motor failed
on October 14 and finally a 2nd new motor was installed on November 2. We will work diligently
as weather, crops and soil conditions allow us to get the lagoon freeboard back to an
acceptable level.
