WJA WWTP currently discharges under Permit NC0086070,which expires November 30,2020. It is our understanding that the draft permit includes the following changes from the existing permit: 1. Language has been updated in Sections A. (I),A. (2),and A. (3)to require electronic submission of effluent data. Federal regulations require electronic submittal of all discharge monitoring reports(DMRs). 2. Outfall map has been updated. 3. The facility grade has been added in Sections A. (I)and A. (2). 4. Ammonia nitrogen winter limit updated in Section A. (I)per 15A NCAC 028 .0404(c) Henderson County acknowledges the above changes to the existing permit. Additionally, Henderson County is appreciative to DEQ for reinstating permit limits associated with flows under 0.01 MGD as stated in Section A. (1)of the draft permit. Sincerely, s t 4.1%(cl a.iik.
