This Office has reviewed your application and has conducted a site visit and is placing your project on
hold until we receive the following additional information:
1). A letter from the Division of Marine Fisheries Stating that they have no problems with the project
proposal;
2). Minimize the width of the channel to be dredged and limit the dredging to the previously dredged channel
footprint and not dredge any new areas within the PNA.
Please respond within three weeks of the date of this letter by sending a copy of the information to Noelle
