This Office is placing your project on hold until we receive the following additional information:
1) A plan of the entire subdivision showing the lot layout;
2) The plan should also show that all remaining lots within the subdivision will not impact
additional wetlands, or if they do, you need to include these impacts on your application;
3) Restrictive covenants are to be placed on all remaining wetlands. A sample deed notification
is located on our website at http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/download.html.
Please respond within three weeks of the date of this letter by sending a copy of the information to myself and to
Cyndi Karoly, Raleigh Wetlands Unit [phone]. If we do not hear from you within three weeks, we will assume
that you no longer want to pursue this project and we will consider the project as withdrawn. If you have any questions,
