I just forwarded you 2 emails from Alan regarding the project. Both are in relation to the October 8, 2020 email that Alan
sent. The first is our email response to Alan on October 20, 2020 with the original PJD information, with his follow-up
email about revising the cover sheet of the Environmental Impacts package. The second is an email from Alan about
locating the restoration plan that we submitted. I had cc'ed you on our October 20, 2020 response to Alan, but I did not
realize that you were not cc'ed on his response emails to us. I have forwarded Alan's remaining questions to the City and
the prime regarding stormwater and updating the cover sheet on the impacts package, but we had not re -submitted
anything to you and NCDWR yet since we were waiting on your response to the questions that Alan had asked you in the
October 8, 2020 email. We wanted to make sure that we covered everything that both of you requested all at once to
make sure everything was addressed and to minimize the number of submissions that we sent.
We can definitely compile an updated PCN with all of the updated information. Would an emailed version with
attachments be acceptable or would you like us to re -submit through the electronic version?

The Corps does not have any record of you responding to the state's (Alan Johnson) comments dated October 8, 2020.
At this point with all the back and forth and all the revisions associated with all the comments, I recommend you provide
the Corps and the State, via email, a final revised PCN with updated construction drawings so the Corps and State can
review the most up to date project proposal.

Attached are the items that you requested for the Albemarle Corporate Center permit application. These include:
1) Pond Drainage Plans for Ponds PE and PF
2) A Preliminary Stream and Riparian Area Restoration Plan, which includes information for the items listed in your
original email
3) An ORM Upload Sheet for all features associated with the project
As stated in the PCN, we had not completed the Schweinitz's sunflower surveys for the project. Those surveys have since
been completed and I have also attached the survey memo outlining the results of the survey and the Biological
Conclusion for the species. Additionally, based on comments from NCDWR, Chambers realized that the 10-foot
countersunk rip -rap pad at three sites had not been accounted for in the original plans. Therefore, I have also included
an updated set of Permit Drawings (file named "Environmental Impacts 9.28.20-compressed") and a comparison of
Stream Impact Changes between the PCN and the updated drawings. These changes are also reflected in the Roadway
Plans and Grading and Erosion Control Plan, which I will also send to you shortly in a separate email (due to file size). All
three sets of drawings also incorporate changes requested by NCDWR. I will be responding to Alan in a separate email
identifying what changes were made based on his requests and will cc you on that email.
