In response to comments regarding some of the stream crossings on the above project, Black & Veatch has reviewed
each crossing and adjusted where riprap vs matting will be used. Basically, a couple of stream channels were shifted
from temporary to permanent -no loss impacts and vice versa for matting/riprap and we zeroed out Bearskin Creek as it
will be bored due to WRC concerns on aquatic species.
Please see the attached for your continued review of the project impacts:

No changes to the original wetland impacts in the PCN have occurred. The revised engineering plans are available at the
